System overview

A starter that is easy to explain, edit, and rebuild.

Astro generates static pages from typed data. Components stay reusable, while each client can receive a distinct visual direction.

Implementation model

The codebase is intentionally small and explicit.

No CMS, database, authentication, analytics, or paid services are bundled. Add them only when a client brief requires them.

Content data

Page data defines the language, SEO, section order, text, links, and image references.

Component library

Sections render shared data shapes so new pages can be assembled without duplicating markup.

Design tokens

Themes and industry presets adjust the feel of a site without blocking deeper custom design.

Static deployment

The production output is the Astro dist directory, suitable for Cloudflare Pages.

Repository flow

Move the folder into a clean template repo when the foundation is approved.

Keep this test repository's existing Cloudflare setup unchanged, then promote the starter to a dedicated template repository.
